Watermill is a Village of the Town of Southampton located on a peninsula in the County of Suffolk on Eastern Long Island within the State of New York; consisting of approximately 10 square miles it is the only settlement of the South Fork of Long Island with both a functioning watermill and windmill. It is a community surrounded by beautiful beaches, farms and impressive homes, and in 2010 Water Mill was listed as the fourteenth most expensive ZIP code in the United States with a median home price listed at approximately $3 Million.
