When you start to talk about colors you always start with the primary colors. These are the colors that all other colors are derived from. The primary colors are red, yellow and blue and they cannot be made up by mixing any other colors, but with those three colors you can make all the variations of colors under the sun. After the primary colors, there are what are called secondary colors. These are the colors that are made up from mixing the primary colors and are orange, purple and green.
